Born in Lbeck, Germany on the 11th of October 1980. Rasmus moved at the age of 9 with his family to El Salvador where he spent a few years in Central America before moving back to Lbeck. At a young age Rasmus already showed his love for the Perorming Arts through Juggling and performing his own Magic shows for the Youth Theaters. With 14 he had his first professional experience at the Openair Festival in Lbeck, in the role of "Tommi" in "Pippi Langstrumpf", where he also continued over the years to perfom in other productions on this stage. After having a taste of the feeling on stage, his interests broadend in the aspects of the Backstage world, where he also underwent Practical Traing in Sound Technique, Stage Technique, Props, and Direction Assistence. Following his backstage experiences, he returned to the "State Theater Lbeck" in the Premiere Ensemble of "The Whos Tommy", and performed in the role of "Harald Hanke" in "Das Mausgesicht". After completeing his school studies and Social Services he moved to Munich to continue his Musical Theater education at the Bayerische Theaterakademie August Everding. Early on in his studies Rasmus already gathered many performing experiences; amongst others in "City of Angels" in the Prinzregenten Theater and in Erfurt State Theater, in the Bregenz Open-air Festival Production of "West Side Story", and as the Title-role "Jojo" in the success musical "Nullvier", which was produced by Schalke04 for their Centennial.
During his education Rasmus recieved a one year Scholarship from the "Deutschen Bhnen Verein" and won the First Prize at the "Bundeswettbewerb Gesang Berlin" as well as a special Honor Award from the "Franz Grothe-Stiftung". Presently Rasmus is to be seen at the "Raimund Theater" in the Vienna production of "Romeo & Julia" in the lead role of Mercutio, as well as the Title Role, Romeo.
